Q: I was doing a self examination of my testicles and I noticed a lump on my left testicle but it was above and behind it. After researching online it seems like it might be an Epididymal Cyst because it isn't really attached to the testicle, it is kinda just floating above it. Only thing is that it stated that it would be smooth, I can feel like small coils on it as if it would be the Epididymis. I just noticed it this morning, I don't recall feeling it yesterday. It doesn't hurt, after noticing it and feeling it I have felt only a slight discomfort. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Symptoms:  Slight discomfort near left testicle.
