I was experiencing what I would consider a mild yeast
Patient :I was experiencing what I would consider a mild yeast infection. When I used monistat it made the symptoms worsen, the next day I went to an 24 hour emergency room minor care facilities. The doctor said it was bacteria vaginitis and prescribed metronidazole. He also did a pap smear and test for chlamydia and gonorrhea. The lab tests came back negative, but after treatment the symptoms came back but very mild. What could be causing slight itching, white clumpy discharge and pain during intercourse?
