Patient :I was lifting in football and we didn't stretch. We were maxing on power clean and I got 210 and it was kinda heavy so I went up to 220 and when I did that my back popped then I felt the pain in my lower back. It's so bad right now. I couldn't even walk 30 mins after. I had to lay down. My friends had to help me to the car and driving was hell. I got to home and I've been laying down since then. My back butt and thighs are tingling. I don't think my mom will take me to the hospital, they hate to spending money. What do I do. I'm in so much pain right now and coach wants me to squat 330 tomorrow. I know can't do that. I can't even do body weight squats right now. Pleas help me
