I was seen at the ER on Tuesday with pains

Patient

Q: I was seen at the ER on Tuesday with pains in the lower back, fever and and blood in my urine. It was diagnosed as a severe kidney infection. I was given a shot of rocephin and levaquin at that time and given a prescription for Cipro. I have been taking the perscription once twice a day as prescribed. I am still experiencing severe pain in my lower back about 8/10 on the scale. The bleeding has stopped and the pain when urinating has stopped but the lower back pain is still present and more frequent. Should I return to the ER? Or is this normal? I have also been drinking A LOT of cranberry juice.
