Patient :I was told I have a Multiseptayed Cystic Lesion in the left Adnexa measuring about 6cm. Report says they suspect hemorrhagic ovarian cyst or endometriosis, but other etiologies including neoplasm could be considered. The lesion has no flow on color Doppler. I am 47 years old and have decidAed to have a hysterectomy in a couple of weeks. My Doctor told me I shouldn't take Advil, Tylenol or aspirin because it can cause blood clots. I was prescribed Tramadol, took one pill last night and experienced a severe migraine and nausea. I still have a headache today but not nearly as bad. I have lower abdominal pain and am wondering what else I can take? I probably can't reach my doctor over the weekend. Would it be fine to apply a heat pad, take a warm bath or jacuzzi or could the heat also cause blood clotting? Thank you, would love some relief for my headache and abdomen.
