Q: I was working out doing dips off a bench and something within the chest popped. it caused me to lose my balance and i dropped to the ground real fast it didnt hurt at all but it was a bit shocking.
it feels like its in the ribs area leading to the sternum it pain scale is like a 1 - 3 i suppose mostly 1-2 ranges please advise me on how to handle the issue
