IAnything to worry about my Double Marker report?

Patient : Hi doc,I am 28. My USG report on 10th week was normal. As per my doctor's advice, i have done my double marker test and the results are as follows: Free Beta HCG, Serum by CLIA : 87.70 ng/ml PAPPa by CLIA, Serum : 2.46 mIU/ml Down's syndrome screening results: Trisomy 21 risk : 1:3698 Age risk : 1:707 Trisomy 13/18 : Is there anything to worry about? What are the normal reference ranges? Thanks in advance.
