IBS during early pregnancy

Patient

Q: I am currently 9 and a halfweeks pregnant and am Constipated. Last night I had a bad episode of IBS that was really painful and involved alot of stomach cramps. Is this harmful to my baby. As my stomach area was under alot of pressure and was very painful. I have not had any bleeding, but am still worried that something might have happend. Is there something I can do to ease the symptoms. Should I get a scan?
