Gonorrhea is a sexually transmitted disease.
It is not spread by kissing, hugging, using the same toilet seat, etc.
However, you can contract it by using the sex toys of the affected person, having unprotected sex with the infected, as well as oral or anal sex by direct contact of the genital mucosa.
