If I have breast implants and I get pregnant and

Patient : If I have breast implants and I get pregnant and decide not to breast feed, will that do anything to my breast implants? Is it possible to just leave the milk in there?
Doctor :   Hi, Thanks for the query. I understand your concern. If you don't want to breast feed, you need to take medicine s like dopamine agonists to stop the milk secretion. If you leave milk without taking suppression, that can lead to complications like mastitis, breast abscess formation etc. Take care
