Patient: I’m 14 and 5′ tall and weigh 96 lbs. I’m a pretty skinny girl except for my stomach, which is always round huge and bloated. I don’t want to lose weigh because I already don’t weigh much but my stomach looks pregnant! What should I do?
Doctor: Hello,Thanks for the query.You can do abdominal exercises to tone up the abdominal muscles and will also reduce the belly fat . Belly dancing is also a good option. Deep breathing at regular intervals will also help. Drink plenty of water and avoid constipation and gaseous collection which can swell up the abdomen and make it look fat.Hope this helped.Regards
