I'm 16 and I think I have a hemorrhoid, I

Q: I'm 16 and I think I have a hemorrhoid, I am not pregnant. But I do online school so Im constantly sitting. Not many doctors want to take a look because I'm young so they said to use prep H. The three weeks I had pain and itching when sitting down too long. It probably bled once but it was only 3 tiny drops of blood. I've had it since early April and it feels like it has gotten better. There is rarely itching and rarely pain. and I took a mirror and looked myself, all I saw was slightly swollen light pink skin and a tiny tiny bump. I saw no purple vein like most people do but when I apply cream I feel that really tiny bump. Does this sound like a hemorrhoid? And will it eventually go away or will my doctor have to remove it herself?
