Patient :Good evening,
I was hoping a qualified doctor would help me figure out what is going on with my heart because I really feel like something is not right. I'm a 17 years old girl, with no past illness, I'm at the first stage of asthma, my sister and members of my father's family have asthma. I don't do any physical exercises because I usually get what I would qualify of Anxiety attacks whenever I make too much effort, First I start trembling then my body becomes numb (arms first) and sometimes my muscles would clinch, I get a strong difficulty breathing and I can't stop crying, breathing slowly doesn't necessarily help, I usually splash water on my face and head, and I use inhalers. I also get these attacks when I'm under strong emotional stress. I've been through a lot of emotional roller coasters this last year, and I notice that my heart rhythm and speed really changed, my heartbeats are sometimes irregular and very fast, and sometimes I'd get palpitations (I took Magnesium for two months, which helped reduced their frequency). My heartbeat is approximately 100 bpm and my arterial pressure at this instant is 190/80 mmHg. I also am regularly tired, even though I sleep approximately 6-7 hours and don't drink coffee (it's been almost two weeks since I last drunk coffee for the last time), and sometimes I'd get dizzy for 10-20 seconds
I hope you will provide me a favorable answer, please help me find out if there's anything wrong with my heart..Thank you very much for your time..
