Patient :I'm 18 years old. I'm 6 feet tall and weigh close to 300 pounds. I'm only gaining and putting on fat weight. I don't know how to lose it or get in shape.
I go to the gym 3-5 times per week. I don't drink coffee, soda, or anything with sugar. I eat healthy and I workout a lot. I don't understand why I'm only gaining weight and not losing any of my body fat. I've used different workout plans and nothing is working. I'm very scared about weighing this much and just would like to lose around 60-100 pounds.
I've gone to see my doctor and he only advised me to eat healthier and workout more, which isn't very helpful considering I already do that.
What can I do actually lose weight? Are there any supplements I can use to help the process? Why am I only gaining weight and not losing any body fat?
