Patient :Im 19, currently at university so I'm going through some changes. I've had this happen to me before but I thought it was more of a psychological thing until it started happening again and search up the symptoms. This tends to happen at night and it stops me from sleeping and makes me tired the next day, the problem is that I can't breathe properly. I feel like I can't get enough oxygen into my lungs to be able to breathe like a normal person, and because of this I panic and keep trying to take deep breaths but that seems to make it worse and I panic more.
There's also the Depression feeling that's always there. Last night I started crying because I felt like everything was going wrong and I'm constantly thinking about stuff that has happened months/years ago which I cannot fix.
I've always felt like I was never emotionally stable but I just assumed u was being dramatic and it was a psychological thing, I don't know what to do...
