I'm 21 years old and I have been diagnosed with

Patient : I'm 21 years old and I have been diagnosed with ovarian cysts. Lately, for the past two days I've been experiencing sharp menstrual like cramps, fatigue and abnormal bleeding. At first, the bleeding was light pink hardly visible then went away. As for the second day, the bleeding started light pink once again and then became visible red. Now I can hardly do my daily chores or even work because my stomache feels swollen. This all happened 9 days after my period ended... I know that cysts may cause irregular periods but mine always seems to be on time and regular. Is my ovarian cysts causing this? Or could it be this early for a period?
Symptoms:  Fatigue, cramps, abnormal bleeding, sharp pain
