I'm 34 year old male, weighing 76 KGS I'm suffering

Patient

Q: I'm 34 year old male, weighing 76 KGS. I'm suffering from lower back pain and did an MRI. Impression results in report are:
1. Dessication with broad based posterior disc protrusion at l4/l5 level causing the cal sac indentation. No obvious root compression.
2. Dessication with posterior central disc protrusion at L1 L2 and L3 L4 levels causing the cal sac indentation. No obvious nerve root compression.
3. Diffuse dorsal disc bulge at L5/S1 Level. No significant foraminal narrowing.

What exactly does this mean. Is it curable through physiotherapy and exercise?.
What precautions should I take further to prevent recurrence?.
