I'm 37 weeks pregnant, I already have high blood pressure.

Patient : I'm 37 weeks pregnant, I already have high blood pressure. I went to the hospital last week for preeclampsia and so far I don't have it. But right now I'm very dizzy and my vision is coming and going. I took Tylenol an hour ago, and laid down but it hasn't helped. What should I do?
Doctor :   Vision problems in Preeclampsia is an obstetric emergency! It may be life threatening! Please rush to the nearest ObGy s ervices or A&E Dept. I wish you a speedy recovery.
