Patient :Im a 15 year old boy 5 '10 and weigh 121.8 pounds. I did track and the season ended now in trying to eat less (2000 calories 1800) to be skinny for summer (im injured so i cant excersise) i was wondering if this diet will make me lose muscle and fat rather than just fat.
