Patient :I'm a 17 year old male. Recently I sprained my ankle for the first time in my strength and conditioning class, the pain went away after a couple days, and bruising happened all over my foot, about 5-6 days out from the initial injury, I hand the muscle in my lower leg on the lateral side lock up and get really hard and painful, it went away, now a week out, I woke up because my ankle hurts worse them when I rolled it initially, especially in the Achilles' tendon region... It hurts to put any weight or move it, but it also hurts if it just sits there, what is up?
