I'm a 24 year old female A year and 5

Q: I'm a 24 year old female. A year and 5 months ago I was admitted for emergency surgery to remove my gallbladder. I had 42 small stones. For the past 3 months I have been struggling with the same symptoms and more. I have right abdominal pain that radiates through my abdomen. I started taking it seriously when I was at work one day, I was coping fine when all of a sudden I started vomitting hysterically, shaking and extreme abdominal pain. I had a sonar done, it showed nothing. 2 days later I was admitted to hospital again. My liver enzyme count was very high for all 3 types of enzymes. My kidney function was barely out of range with 5 points over the normal limit. I had an abdominal MRI done, which showed slight narrowing of the tube from the right lobe of the liver at its insertion point by the main duct. The doctors don't think it could account for all my symptoms. They eventually dismissed me with the diagnosis of Gallstones - which they can't find. Yesterday I started getting nausea again, and today I am experiencing some mild heart cramps too. The abdominal pain has persisted from before my gallbladder was removed. I sometimes have gas but no stomach bloating. I get shakes and muscle jerks every now and again. 9 weeks ago I also developed a lump on my tailbone - I can't sit for more than an hour from the pain. It is an internal, hard lump right on the bone. If I press on it, it feels like something is released through my body, I get shaky, dizzy, my heartbeat goes crazy and I feel like my heart is about to stop. I would imagine it the same feeling as injecting drugs. I have small lumps in my neck which do the same when I press on them. I have tried massages to clear my lymphatic system - I pass out within 2 minutes and the next day I feel tired, dazed and just can't function normally. I have tried excluding certain foods and I avoid alcohol completely. I have stopped taking any and all medications out of fear, even birth control. My stomach also makes constant loud gurgling noises - no matter if my stomach is full or empty. Nothing alleviates the noise, I have tried applying pressure, laying in different positions, drinking warm fluids. Please help! I've been too so many doctors and for so many tests. I feel like my body is falling apart and every couple of weeks a new symptom is added. I don't even know if everything is related or not. I just want to be healthy and live a normal life.
