I'm a 27 year old man w/ erectile dysfunction problems

Q: I'm a 27 year old man w/ erectile dysfunction problems starting about a year ago. I don't drink, not over weight, normal blood pressure, testosterone levels are around 1200 (little high). No to little morning wood, going soft during masturbation. History of drug use but nothing at all for years now. Been out of shape and eating unhealthy the last year which I just fixed this week. Taking fish oil, vitamins, protein, lots of water and exercise for the last week. Taking no medication. What herbs/ supplements can I take that work best? What else can I do, or what can it be? How long for exercise and diet changes to take an effect alone?
