I'm a 34 years old female I've been diagnosed with

Patient : I'm a 34 years old female. I've been diagnosed with hypertension since I'm 30 years old during my second pregnancy and it never go away. I'm on Amlodipine 5mg all these years and I rarely missed my dose. Yesterday, I felt uneasiness on my arms and palpitation while watching TV while waiting to pick up my son from a school holiday program.I checked my bp and it's 144/108 so I popped in 2 more amlo and buck up as I need to drive quite a distance. The uneasiness never really go away until I told my medical professor parents and my dad asked me to take half of his vasodril and rest. The problem is that I can't sleep and I don't know whether it's the side effect of vasodril or I'm gonna die because I really need my sleep...
