Patient :I'm a 68 yo female. MY MRI impression: 1.Mild tendinosis & undersurface maceration in anterior supraspinatus tendon. 2. Subchondral cystic change in posterolateral humeral head suggests focal undersurface tearing of infraspinatus tendon. 3. fluid/contrast in subacromial bursa suggests microperforation anteriorly near ureater or focal as no full thickness tear identified. 4. Chronic degenerative SLAP tear in posterior & superior labrum with slight extension into anterior labrum. 4. mild tendinosis in subcapularis tendon. 5. Mild tendinosis in subscapularis tendon. What's minimal treatment I can expect?
