Patient :I'm a fourteen year old female and in the last couple of weeks while I was at school I experienced a sudden tingling sensation in the back of my neck and at the base of my head. I also lost the grip on my pencil I was holding in my right hand and was unable to regrip it. My vision also went fuzzy and I felt like I couldn't keep my eyes open. This only lasted about 15 seconds before everything returned to normal. This has happened several times before, but nobody has ever mentioned anything unusual about my behavior. I remember it happening when I was in the second grade and it has happened other times over the years (I don't know how many times). Before, I never thought anything of it. I have an extremely mild case of cerebral palsy that affects my left achilles tendon, my balance, coordination, and vision. I have a family history of heart attacks (grandfather) and aneurysms (aunt and great grandmother). Thanks for the help.
