Patient :I'm a male who had one swollen breast which as a teenager is considered a pretty normal occurrence. However mine remained into my twenties. I went to a surgeon who said it was nothing to worry about and he removed the tissue. Never had any problems since, however whilst trying to build up a bigger chest through work out i've noticed that whilst my right side is building up, the left is not. Is this something that can be resolved? To give you a better idea, the left side looks the same as the right only the nipple looks as though it's dented in where the scar is. will massaging the area or any other exercises help this?
