Patient :I'm a sixteen year old female and I'm very busy. I'm averaging about five hours of sleep a night and often find myself staying up until 2 am trying to get work done and sleeping during the day whenever possible. I've been through a heavy constant amount of emotional stress for about three weeks now, if this is also helpful. I've found myself being very depressed, which is an issue on its own and I am seeking help for that. So here's the actual question: I find it hard and practically impossible to eat during the day, but at night I can't stop myself from binge eating. Is this most likely due to my messed up schedule or is it developing an eating disorder?
