I'm afraid to do vigorous workouts I just finished one,

Patient : I'm afraid to do vigorous workouts. I just finished one, and i did so much just to avoid feeling dizzy and nauseous. About 8 weeks ago i did the exact same workout and i had the worst experience of my life, i blacked out; it was worse then the time i passed out from an ovarian cyst rupture. when i last passed out, i experienced vertigo and nauseousness and my body felt heavier by the second until it slowly shutdown. I have done some exercise since then, and before working working i have made sure i was hydrated and had eaten a well meal ahead. I also went to see a doctor and they ran blood tests and i got a pap smeare, and they said everything was perfect. I have a suspicion it might have something to do with my middle ear, since i seem very vulnerable to these symptoms regularly. I've been told again that I am in good health, but i do not feel it. Do you have any idea what could be happening to me? ?
