I'm an 18 year old non-sexually active girl 2 years

Patient : I'm an 18 year old non-sexually active girl. 2 years ago I started having problems with my menstrual cycle. I went 3 months without it. Few months later, I went another 3 months without it. Both times were due to my digestive system. I wasn't moving my bowels regularly, so it backed me up excessively and crushed my insides. I've been moving my bowels about 3-5 times a week now, which is the best it's been my entire life. However, I haven't had a menstrual in 7 months. I've gone to hospitals and doctors, taken tests. Everything is coming back saying normal, but it can't be. I haven't had a CT Scan, so would it be wise for me to request one? I'm just a little nervous. I don't plan on having children for the next 10 years, but could this negatively affect that process in the future? I don't smoke, drink, or take any type of medication. I don't eat fast food often, occasional lo mein. I indulge in the occasional almond joy. I haven't eaten junk food in 4 years. Soda is rare. I mostly drink green tea and water. I jog for about 30 minutes once in a while. I'm just curious as to why I'm experiencing this as well as further steps I should take to making this better. I appreciate whoever takes the time to help me. I think this is a great way to help people such as myself to get some answers and not feel any pressure. Thank you so much.
