I'm feeling fluttering in my abdomen area very similar to

Patient : I'm feeling fluttering in my abdomen area very similar to the movement I felt while I was pregnant with my daughter (now 10 months old). It is mostly on the left side. I started my period last night, but it was very late, and it's much more painful than it normally is for me. My cycles have been very irregular ever since I gave birth, sometimes entirely skipping a cycle. The period I'm on now was 26 days late, so I took 2 clear blue pregnancy tests yesterday morning. Both were negative. I'm just very confused. Could the irregularity of my cycle and fluttering in my stomach still be because of my pregnancy and giving birth last year? Or could I be pregnant again even though the tests were negative and I'm on my period? If so, how could I possibly be far enough along to feel movement, considering with my daughter I couldn't feel her movement like this until the 4th or 5th month? Or could there be another issue going on with me? Any help is appreciated very much, thank you.
