I'm having a hard time with something very embarrassing I
Patient :I'm having a hard time with something very embarrassing. I shower daily, anti bacterial soap, shampoo and body wash. I wear deodorant and brush my teeth. My hygiene methods are normal. But when I'm in public, I notice people's gestures and how they seem disgusted when I'm around and how everywhere I go, people say that it smells. This even happened in high school. It started in middle school one day. I've had problems with anxiety and IBS. I've asked people before and they say they don't smell anything and I'm being paranoid. But a few ppl have said something about me but never to my face. It's destroying my life and my mind. I don't want to tell my doctor because it's embarrassing and he will waste my time talking about I'm just young and paranoid. I've read it could be fecal matter trapped in my body or fish odor syndrome. I need serious help immediately. I want a normal life.
