Patient :I'm on a really messed up sleeping schedule, and it's not because I work the night shift. I go to bed around 7-8 am and wake up around 5. (I know I sleep for a long amount of time) but I just bought myself a bottle of Melatonin. If I take melatonin around 9 o clock, do you think I'll sleep through the night? I'll only be awake from 4-9. Will it be bad to over sleep? I just want back on a normal sleeping schedule.
