I'm quite stressed out and confused about something A few

Patient : I'm quite stressed out and confused about something. A few months ago I had blood tests and the results were that I had iron deficiency and I was anaemic. From April I started having 2 periods in one month. I had one around the beginning of April, then on the 16th April then on the 2nd may. They were all normal periods and lasted a week. Then on 24th may I had intercourse(in the morning) no ejacualtion went inside me and it lasted less than 1 minute however I was bleeding that same day in the night but the bleeding stopped after around 2-3 days so I don't know if this was an actual period or not. It's been nearly 3 weeks and I've not had any bleeding since, so now I'm confused as to if I have missed a period or not. I haven't had any other symptoms and I wouldn't be so worried if it wasn't for the menstrual cycle situation. I don't know if this has anything to do with my iron deficiency or not?
