Immune system on strike?

Patient

Q: I've always been in really good health. I would get sick maybe once a year if that. These past 3 years or so it seems like I always have something going on. Sinus infections, sore throats, laryngitis, ear infection, constant coughing, etc. I feel like once I finish an antibiotic I get sick about a week or two later. This keeps repeating itself, and it' very frustrating. Why is this happening all of the sudden? I do work in a dr's office so that doesn't help, but I've been there for almost 9 years and the first 5 yrs or so I was fine. What can I do? Is there something major going on that I should be concerned about?
