Impaired glucose fasting

Patient : I recently had a blood test done all the associated tests came out good except the glucose was 103. The doctor labels me a impaired glucose fasting. I am 35 years old Caucasian. My doctor said my weight is very normal . i exercise regularly , stay fit, always energetic. my diet consists of grains, fruits, vegetables, and fiber. i am currently taking a low dose of a blood pressure medication for high blood pressure. I have no family history of diabetes. I feel well and not sick . I sleep well. Any thought of what someone should do?
