Infant stool

Patient

Q: I have a 15 week old baby had today she was diagnosed with cows milk colitis or allergic colitis. Her stools have been very inconsistent. Starting about 2 months ago (when she started formula) she had hard poop, then blood in it, then her formula was switched and she had dark almost black stools. Today she had cottage cheese texture dark green poop then she went again today and it was mucus like and snot like green. Went to her pediatrician and he said cows milk colitis and switched her formula. Came home she pooped yellow slimy and about an hour ago her stool was soft, gooey and white in color. Why?
