Ingrown toenail recovery

Patient

Q: I had an ingrown nail removed last week on 2/25. He cut both sides of my small toe to remove the ingrown toenail and apply acid to growth cells on both sides. It's been 10 since then and I still have a light amount of blood weeping. There is also a focused pain on the right side of the toe where he removed the nail. I only feel this when something presses against my toe on that side (right side). I soak my foot twice a day in warm water with soap, apply antibacterial cream, wrap it in gauze every day, and take antibiotics. Is this pain normal?
