Injured Finger and Joint is in pain

Q: Hello. Last week I went bowling, and when throwing the ball, I felt my middle finger as if it dislocated of flipped backward, but I immediately pulled it and closed my fist. Since that day, my finger has been able to start moving again, and has disinflammated, but my middle joint still generates pain, and I can't even knock a door. When I try to close my fist, I have a little struggle to fully close that finger. I would like to know if there is any type of therapy, that I can make to my finger to make it feel better?
