Patient : I've been having a lot of trouble sleeping. I find myself to not become tired until in the early morning hours, no matter what conditions are set up in the room. And usually when I get tired, my brain thinks of something that scares me or starts kicking into overdrive and doesn't allow me to sleep at all.
I'm living off of 2 hours a day right now, and I'm becoming emotionally detached from reality. I just could use some insight on what needs to be done to fix this.
