Invulantary head movement

Patient

Q: My 14 month old son just had tubes put in his ears. 4 days after the surgery he developed a head movement. Always turning to the right, it appears to be involuntary. I can not confirm that obviously. the movement is fast and is a maximum of 4 head turns, always to the right. sometimes so hard causing his trunk to follow suit. I do not want to freak out but I am so very worried can you please help me?
