Irregular collar bone movement and popping when rotating arm

Patient : Whenever I rotate my right arm upwards and vertically the area on my right collar bone closest to my neck pops out, and when I lower my arm I can feel the collar bone moving back in to place. There is no pain, just a popping feeling. This does not happen with my left arm/collar bone. Is this something to be worried about? Could this be related to my shoulder labral tear repair I had about 5 months ago?
Symptoms:  Collar bone popping in and out of place.
