Patient :Yesterday morning I woke up super sore from Mondays's track practice, and I was seriously doubting going to practice or school in general. Also I went to sleep around 10:30-11pm. But i got up and I drank twice as much coffee as I usually do, so I ended up drinking 4 cups. After school and before practice, I stretched a whole bunch and drank about 3-5 cups of water. Yesterday, I ran my best time ever at practice among some top guys and I was happy. So last night I actually went to sleep on time which was 9m. I woke up this morning and drank the same amount hoping to recreate what happened yesterday. I went through my school day today eager for the end so I could go to practice. But today I ran my worst time ever
