Patient :I'm not a big water drinker. Instead I drink flavored seltzer water. I drink the Polar brand, and the only listed ingredients are carbonated water and natural flavor. There are no calories, sodium, or sugar listed in the nutritional facts. Is this an alright alternative to water?
