Definitely yes, pain in gall bladder is something to be not only worried about but also must be fully investigated and treated as per the cause.
You should get the following investigations done.
- Blood- CBC, Liver functions tests, Kidney function test.
-Ultrasonography and if required further studies like MRCP, ERCP and all.
If the stones are there, to avoid further complications like Obstructive jaundice and Pancreatitis , gall bladder must be removed ASAP.
