Q: I had surgey on my gallblader the doctor clipped my vagus nerve paralysing my stomach and lower intestines it is permanit now can i sue i have gastroperisis becouse of it

A:   It is indeed a rare complication to injury the vagus nerve during surgical removal of the gallbladder nor is it a recognized complication of the procedure.
