No, periods don’t come once a woman is pregnant but sometimes during pregnancy bleeding or spotting may occur for some woman, for various reasons, one of the most common being hormonal imbalance or progesterone or estrogen deficiency or low lying placenta etc. It is advisable that you see the doctor if you have bleeding like a period.
