Patient :Is it ok to take supplements like whey protein? I am 22 years old and my weight is 59kg. My intention is to gain weight and build up muscles. I have only started working out(so I am a beginner) for the first time about a month ago. before I start working out I had about 60.1kg of weight.inside this month, this was around 58kg and now 59kg.I would also like if you could suggest me some supplements, specially when considered I am a beginner.
