Patient : Is it okay to throw up an unhealthy meal on occasion, if you plan to replace it with a healthier one? Assuming a healthy, low-calorie, low-carb, high protein diet is followed and a regular 5-6 day per week strength training routine is in place. Are there any nutritional benefits or disadvantages?
