Is it possible to have a milk bleb/plugged milk duct

Patient

Q: Is it possible to have a milk bleb/plugged milk duct if I'm not pregnant or don't have any children? Within the last week or so my right nipple got very sensitive and about 3 days ago a tiny whitehead looking thing appeared on my right nipple. There is no redness anywhere else on the breast, no lumps, no other side effects but a very tender nipple. With all my research, I found milk blebs and it looks EXACTLY like the pictures that come up and they symptoms sound the same, but i don't know if it is possible if I'm not pregnant or have any children. I'm in my early twenties and did just switch birth controls if that matters at all.
