Is it still possible to have an STD despite negative results?

Patient: I first noticed symptoms around 3 years ago but put it down to a urinary tract infection. I regularly get tested for STDs and my results have always been negative. However 3 sexual partners have complained of symptoms after sleeping with me and tested positive for chlamydia. Could I have chlamydia despite consistent negative test results?
